"you might even say that sometime in the next five years, SMU is more likely to win a national championship in basketball than in football. "
in other words, the sky is blue. don't step out on too much of a limb there Mr. Cohen.

I can't stop smiling. The PR is coming in an avalanche of articles, radio interviews, and
videos. Like many of you on this board - I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly
since 1968. I always hoped this kind of thing would happen but never thought that it
would.
Thanks Larry & all of our BB coaches. Thank you team. Keep up the intensity and keep
improving. We love what you have done and what you are going to do in the future.

One small thing in the article that said a lot about how good the interviewer is has to do with Larry's glasses. If the guy asking the questions did enough research to get into that, he knew what he was doing. Nice article.

Probably answered already, Is LB's son a member of the mob and did they make him pay if he is?

Brett Shipp is checking to see if he paid. Story at 10.

Shipp is planning a flight to Memphis to confront Coach Brown in the postgame PC.

Re: PR, when you've been in the desert for 25 years, a sip of water is appreciated...but stumbling on to a waterfall is Heaven!
