I couldn't believe he did not get a tech Saturday. He lost his freaking kind. I know that was Ted Valentine the ref who had a confrontation with Bobby Knight back in the day but wow Cronin was out of control - pushing players, coaches and he looked like he was going to hit Valentine.

Valentine also bowed right up to him at the very beginning which made it worse. Tough to throw out a techinical as a ref when you also went at the coach.

He was trying to get a T and the official knew it - which makes it even better the official wouldn't give him one.

Yes, that's what the announcers were saying. It was very comical. My favorite part was when Justin Jackson pushed him in the back. That was funny.

Ted Valentine was also the ref for the Memphis game who didn't T up Pastner when he threw his fits
