We are sitting at a dead stop on the interstate. Construction and probably a wreck. I have heard the pitch story 4 times in the last half mile. And all you guys have to complain about is a lower seed in the big dance.

Be careful, Ponyte is bigger and stronger than you. Do not test his patience.

I lived on that interstate during my college years back and forth between Dallas and Memphis at least once/semester. Always fun coming through Texarkana and then Hope when Billy Jeff became POTUS then crossing the MS bridge to see the father of the internet signs then back again (even stopped in a McD's near Hope several times that had a "Bill Clinton ate here sign"). Fun times. I also made a lot of trips to NOLA then (best friend was at Tulane). I called it the "golden triangle" (Dallas to NOLA to Memphis, etc). Almost died once going to Mardi Gras during a freak east texas ice storm. Ah, the good ole days. :-)

Count yourself lucky. I spent 2 hours moving 4 miles outside of Jackson TN and got back to Cinci about 1 am. Long day today.

Terry, Ponyte and I were discussing your dedication to drive 8 hours to a 2 hours BB game. I realize you do not get the opportunity to see the ponies live very often so you take it when you can but I sincerely admire your dedication in making the trip to Memphis each time you do, which I know is for both FB and BB. Good to see you as always and look forward to our next visit. Glad you are home safe. Don't fall asleep while giving your sermon today.

Thanks for the kind words. Although I am really concerned that you all spent time talking about me on your car ride. Didn't it take away from the pitch?

He always finds time for the pitch.
