Bench Roles - Coaches

Postby RE Tycoon » Sun Mar 09, 2014 11:17 am

Question for those in the know about our coaching staff dynamic. Obviously Jank is next in line when Larry decides to hang it up, but after him, what is the hierarchy?

Brown always sits between Jank and Eric Snow, and Snow seems to always be talking with Larry and strategizing, less so with Jank, and I couldn't tell you what KT and Ulric do on game days. They are our main recruiters, but don't seem to have big roles on gameday. Snow is listed as Director of Player Development.

Is the hierarchy for gameday Brown -> Jank/Snow? Are KT and Ulric more involved in strategy than I notice? Just curious how it all works. Would the potential lack of gameday involvement, if in fact that is true, make KT and Ulric disgruntled?

KT helps with the bigs in practice and Uliric helps with the guards in practice the times that I went. Snow was his pg in Philly and he probably listens to a lot of what he has to say.
