Man up, accept the loss, and get ready....

We now have a 7/8 days to get ready for our first round game. Everyone can get healthy that needs to (Markus, Nic), and we can practice, practice, practice.
As much as this loss stings, I'm not sure that we would've beaten Louisville (although I would've liked to get some revenge). Not great to stumble into the tourney, but let's have a reality check --- We've lost 3 straight games and are still basically a LOCK for selection sunday. Let that sink in for a moment.
Learn from these losses, get that drive/determination/swagger back, and come into the tourney ready to murder anyone in our way.
Pony up.

Agreed. I chugged a beer and now I'm over it. Beat whoever we play!

Seems like we've got a problem a hall of fame coach can't fix

You might be the most negative person on PF, and that's obviously saying a lot.

Will I sweat till Sunday? Of course, until we are in for sure.
Does this loss reinforce the "SMU can't win when it counts" reputation we've had for 25+ years? Somewhat.
Am I worried that we peaked too early, and that we are a different team away from Moody? Of course.
But I have faith in LB, our coaches and players to get this thing fixed in the next week.

He's been bothered by our inability to respond to adversity for half a season and recently he seems like he's blindly plugging in rotations trying to see who responds. I think N. Moore is the problem, but he is our most in-subable guy. It's an observation based on direct LB quotes. Do you disagree with any of this?

I think this is true. Louisville and Memphis, I'm ok with, this one hurts a lot more. No beers for me, but slowly I'll get over it. The wife and I are going over to the Bush Library tomorrow, I will be wearing my "Moody Magic" shirt, which I wore today and my wife told me it was bringing bad luck. Not sure I buy all this luck and jinx talk. Let's get it together folks and team and finish strong!

please don't wear that shirt next week....you'll never forgive yourself if we lose.
I still blame myself for the Temple loss, because I watched the game in a different room of my house!

We never win whiteouts. We should have blued out vs Louisville. Pony express blue.

Agreed, I was hoping for a blue out as well. Let's bust em out for the first round of NCAA! We need a fresh look, attitude, etc. can't hurt playing in a new jersey!

Once again... does not matter if we do not make the field of 64.
