I agree!! I just sent an email of thanks to Larry Brown (and the team). I encourage you all to do the same. We have a lot to be thankful for. It has been a magical season!!

Getting snubbed by the NCAA committee like this is flat out sickening.

Getting snubbed sure was a gut punch. LB looked stunned in his presser.

That said, the NIT is what we have. WE are a good team with a strong defense and lots of depth. WE need to cut down on stupid fouls and turnovers, play hard nose defense and win the NIT.

We are a good team and we have to prove it now and net year. WE need to get locked jawed and focus on the next 5 games.

No doubt about that. One might think that it is part of the maturing process. We are overall a young team that has to learn to finish games, beat the teams we should beat and do it with class.

I think next year will be different. The kids will know about wining, be a bit more mature and play with a higher level of intensity. And this gut punch might do more to wake the kids up that they have to refocus and step it up to get to the next level.

This team definitely got cocky at some point and it affected their play. I could write more but it'd be a lot of hearsay and speculation. I hope they have learned from the last two weeks what it means to be favored.

seemed to be talking about Nic Moore i think. he lost his composure too much lately obviously, but that hurts when your point guard does it. Still, we deserved to be in the NCAA, no use flogging ourselves and questioning chemistry now.

Nic got a case of little man syndrome and started acting like a punk down the stretch. I do think that's what LB was talking about, that and us not handling adversity.

Nic Moore in the last 2 games showed a lack of character.........stupid fouls in the Louisville game and the technical in the Houston game. Hopefully he'll man-up on Wednesday night...........
