Think I may head up the road to Dayton tomorrow to catch this game. Gonna be an X fan and hope that they drill NCState.

Wasn't Xavier one of the ones people were saying that we should have gotten in over as well?

Maybe at one point, but we almost certainly got bumped for NC State.

I too hope that NC State gets drilled. Badly. (They're probably not going to though... they're a solid team; just not as solid as SMU.) I want BYU to get beat pretty badly as well.

State will advance to the Sweet 16 maddening your herd even more. Maybe you should schedule a half decent OOC opponent next year and you won't get "snubbed".

No one to blame but your own coach/AD. Don't bring in the excuses about teams not wanting to play you either, there are many 0-150 RPI teams that would schedule SMU. Look below the 200's and you may find success.

Mad?

Oh, boy. Picking a fight eh?

How many ranked teams did you beat?

And which team in Charlottesville beat you by damn near 30 points AT HOME that we lost to by 3 on a neutral floor (down 1 in last possession)?

And what was your ranking? And your RPI was how much better than ours?

I will enjoy the entertainment that will now ensue. I just hope you know what "ensue" means.

It looks like FTHP had some extra free time today and started a new account on PF...I wouldn't bother.

I would not bet they know the meaning. They are the stupid NC school who needed Daddy K to lift them up and put them in the crib.

See you next year at your place. You best be ready.

Let the games begin. Not looking for a fight, the constant tearing down of NCSU is alarming. Not like the players or fans had anything to do with it yet you essentially wish damnation on them....interesting coming from Southern Methodist University. That is, unless I am mistaken. I have never heard of your "University" before yesterday. I am sure you know of NCSU, considering we at least have 2 national championships. It has been a loooooong time since then, before my time but I hope for a return to the glory days.

Are we playing you all next year?

You haven't heard of SMU? How long have you been following NCSU? We played y'all in football less a little more than a decade ago...

Watch football sparingly, was the game in Raleigh? During the Rivers era?

My great uncle is a retired NC State professor. Great bball tradition no doubt. And I can't watch the "Win and Advance" 30 on 30 without getting teary eyed. This isn't about comparing our schools (wouldn't be fair). It's about the NCAA selection committee seeming to have a double standard. We clearly deserved to get in, and I look forward to playing you next year.

You nearly nipped us at your place. During the Rivers era, some of the only decent football seasons I have seen from NCSU out of my lifetime.
