Bang to snub ratio

SMU hoops is getting way more mileage and PR out of being snubbed than thought possible. Sure we all wanted to see an NCAA bid, but the way this is developing with more home games and being the jilted bride, is almost is better in some ways. Very strange indeed.

I am definitely seeing a positive effect.

I know we would trade it all for the Dance. But selfishly, getting the chance at 3 more home games at Moody and having LSU and potentially Arky coming to moody is pretty sweet. Cherry on top would be playing as MSG.

But, you're correct. And, last night was fun!

And if we get all the way through, the pub while in New York with LB will be worth more than we could ever imagine.

LB needs the NIT title to make him the first and probably only coach to win all major titles.

VERY good point. It's actually working out well. We just need to KEEP WINNING!

the TV commentator's were talking about the thrill to play in MSG. The big city allure to the players and fans. also said maybe Phil Jackson would visit the team via LB connection. I know I'm way ahead of myself, but joining in that the negative snub has indeed had some positive aspects. If they come to MSG I am all in, even wife told me she wants to go before I even asked.

He did say the goal was to make the final four. I don't recall him specifically stating the final four of the NCAA tournament. I hope we do win the whole thing! :D

I've got my semifinal tickets and will get finals tickets if we get passed the Moody games. This could be one heck of a silver lining for me.

I have talked to several people that were not associated with SMU that have said how badly we got snubbed. I invited them to a game and they are going to try to make it.

the real question is, what's our current chill to pull ratio?
