Did anyone else get shaken down for $10 buying their season ticket online? I ended up paying $20 for my own ticket, right before my roommate, who's NOT a season ticket holder, buys 2 tickets for $20. This is madness.

I'm not complaining. I love the location of my season tickets, happy to have them reserved.

you have a reserved seat. It is insanely low price for a premium sporting event. How cheap are you?

You didn't want GA, so there is a fee for that.

I didn't mind the GA. We were at the top of Moody just about, not a bad seat in that place. Amazing.
What I did like about GA was that I could by more tickets and invite more people, all who were blown away.

Have you not bought a ticket over the internet...ever?

Ticketmaster invented bulsh fees. Concerts are worse. They charge a % fee, handling fee, and they even used to charge a fee to print the ticket on your own damn printer at home. Luckily that went away, or more likely they just merged that into another fee.

You want the convenience of a reserved seat and the ability to sit at home and purchase a ticket? That ability costs money. It could be a lot worse, we get off easy.

The fee is for having paid the invoice. You could purchase other tickets without a fee. The fee was only charged to STHs as the tickets were "pre-sold" and bought through the invoice paying process rather than the ticket-buying process

Nope, bought a package of 3 games during the regular season through a call from the ticket office, and the 2 NIT games on-line. Clicked on the underlined "here" in my email from the ticket office last night, and finally got through.
