Believe Jordan's father passed away recently.

Wonder if Rice big man, Sean Obi, would be interested in SMU? Just got his release from Rice. Sean's 6'9 265, and averaged 11 ppg & 9 rbp as a freshman.

Where would he fit in the rotation?

here's an extensive preseason compilation of Jordan Tolbert highlites. Looks like he could fit nicely in Shawn Williams role on the team. I'd say he is a definite upgrade in athleticism. Does most of his damage in the paint and on the glass

@JasonKingBR: he could be a very good player for the Mustangs. Definitely a potential starter

My biggest concern area on the roster next year is who replaces Shawn Williams, unless we start B. Moore in his place. I know he doesn't give tons of minutes and questionable athleticism, but I've really liked his savviness and experience. Don't know anything about Tolbert. Will check it out.

One year of eligibility left? Would be great either way.
