I was contacted at work and given this information by the organizers. I just spoke with him and he said this was ok for mass release.

What: 24 of the best collegiate dunkers and sharpshooters kick off Final Four weekend, in Dallas, competing in a series of competitions. The event will be televised live on ESPN!

The renovation of Moody Coliseum has given us many fantastic opportunities this year, and the latest takes place this coming Thursday night! At 8:00 pm, SMU hosts the 2014 State Farm College Slam Dunk and 3-Point Championships, airing on ESPN!

Tickets are only $9 for those affiliated with SMU, and that means you!

If the NIT final is at 6:00 central (not sure) and if SMU is in it (I hope) they should open early and have the game on the big screen. Should end about the time the contest would begin. Would probably help ticket sales. Could be CBS/ESPN conflict.
