Can you tell us win or lose about when/where the SMU Basketball team bus will arrive back to the SMU campus after the NIT Championship game tomorrow night or Friday in case students, fans, and family want to greet the team upon their arrival back home? Can you guys touch down in Little Rock in the way back? I would like to say hello and thank everyone for a good showing. I will bring cookies.

Yes, please make a brief stop. I believe it is on the way back. I will bring cupcakes to recognize all the teams SMU has disposed of this year.

Careful. Those cupcakes are what kept us out of the NCAA.
BTW, sorry you will miss Tiger next week.

Not a loss. I have been told he doesn't show up for the Monday practice round anyway. Still, all those foreign amateurs will be there. What a thrill!

Saw Tiger at a practice round the year after his, ahem, marital troubles. The practice rounds are really fun. Players are loose, talking to fans (though not Tiger that year), skipping the ball across the water at 16, you can take your camera and snap away at the beautiful course. Unfortunately, my chance of future tickets is ending, as my in-laws just sold their house in Aiken, SC, to move to Alabama, and my father in law will no longer be a caddy at Augusta (his retirement "job").

Two years ago, I took my father to a practice round at Augusta. It was an fantastic experience and the ability to take pictures is priceless. Plus, practice round tickets are dirt cheap.

On the way back to Big D....If you have the charter stop in The STL, at Lambert; we can have the plane pull into a hanger and enjoy a toast or two, with locally made beverages (some AB products).
