A loss for the AAC. We will see who Tulsa replaces him with.

Not good for The American and honestly I think not good for Manning (money notwithstanding).

I don't know. Tulsa is a good town and the AAC is better than most give it credit for, but HCDM will make it happen (and he's from the region). If not, he always has a position at KU.

No brainer for Manning and not really a killer for Tulsa. With the talent on that roster and the bump in competition they should be able to steal a successful low-major coach.

With what Larry Brown has done, maybe Nolan Richardson will go back.

It has got to be frustrating to follow Tulsa athletics. It is a true coaching carousel in the revenue sports. They must cringe any time a job opens up.

It's amazing how many head coaches in football and basketball have been hired away from Tulsa to better jobs in the last 20 years and yet we haven't even had one hired away..........

Wonder who they use as a search committee.
I have to admit I am embarrassed as to how much better their WDNWTCA committee is than ours.

Tulsa has a pretty good track record with it's coaching hires...they will be fine
