Someone asked PonyUpSports that on twitter and they guessed 2015, but not certain. As for the name, your guess is as good as mine.

Just watched a few of his highlight videos. Very Ginobli-esque. Kid's a hooper. With that being said I think there's a slim chance he even comes to the US for college and an even slimmer chance he ends up at SMU.

MAybe he wants to get the F out of the Ukraine before Putin takes it completely over?
If he's coming here with aspirations of making the NBA, what better coach to play for than LB?

Kid could just turn 18 and spend one year with LB. SMU might their second consecutive lottery pick in the NBA draft.
