“@jeffborzello: Matt McQuaid will miss eventually. Just don't know if it will be at this camp.”

“@KatBarefield: #PonyUp! RT @jeffborzello: When it comes to shooters in 2015, they might not come better than Matt McQuaid. Absolute sniper. SMU-commit.”

For what it's worth, when he was at the Dallas AAU event I was more impressed with his ability to attack the rim. #HelluvaPlayer

He's better than Grandstaff - Ohio St. Suck it Columbus, and OhioBrownFan :D

Yeah, McQuaid is the truth. The 2015 class is going to be ridiculous.

Eman alone is our best recruiting class ever but Sed and McQuaid are right there. KF, Ben and Sterling are too. We are soooo talented now.

Love threads like this. We're so excited about this year's team and next year's recruiting class that we alternate between "November can't get here fast enough" and "man, this recruiting class is going to be sick". Not arguing anyone is looking past this year's team, but man its a great problem to have when you cant decide whether to focus on a stud lineup in 2014-2015 and the "already-stacked and getting even better" 2015 class.

Let's go Fab Five all over everyone in 2015-2016. Game + attitude.

how great is that Arkansas game going to be with only very few Hogs fans able to get tickets? Ain't gonna be no Barnhill South this time. Hope we run em by 30 like they used to do to us.

I talked to a head coach of a team w/a lottery pick this past year, who knows a little something about evaluation. He's completely devastated about McQuaid, was his favorite kid in "15. They thought he was locked in too, couldn't believe SMU got him

This is not helping me be patient for 2015-2016.

So a class of:

McQuaid
Barefield
E. Thomas

That alone is probably enough for a top 10 class right?

Who is Greg McDermott?

(I am going to start answering (guessing) your cryptic information in Jeopardy form)

From what I've read and heard (which has absolutely no value) we have a good shot at Tyler Davis. He has said he wants to commit before his senior season, so if it is us, bot sure how that will effect Elijah. Eli has said his decision date is Jan 15 (to his late grandmothers bday). Would be awesome to have both and have a two headed monster.

whoa there nelly! I think we have a great shot at Thomas but would not come close to putting him on paper for us yet. There is a bunch of competition all over for that guy. UNLV scares me since you know they are up to no good.

LOL, it would have been cryptic if not for the lottery pick, and the Bluejays being his perceived leader by everyone, pre SMU. You connected the dots well
