and to be fair, those programs have been solid for years whereas SMU is the Johnny come lately. Let's just hope SMU builds a program that can be sustained this time around

No it's not.

Maui, Santa Barbara, Vancouver, are pretty good places to live. Cincy is not. (maybe we just have different standards) :-)
