Who gets Castro's minutes?

With Castro out for the year, who gets his playing time? Or, does the 3 man low post rotation get called on to work harder? Can Forinash, Smith or Pharis contribute enough to justify giving one or more of them the 11 minutes that Xastro has averaged his last 6 games?

I am sure boazhoes will tell you some pikey can do it, but in seriousness, I think Kelley and Simpson will be picking up the slack. It seems as though Dement has no faith in either Smith or Pharis. Both are decent if they could have the chance to get more PT. Pharis is about as athletic as Fat Albert, but he brings a strong perimeter shot with him and the ability to rebound, while Smith brings the size and power of a center with a little range.
I just see Dement increasing Kelley's PT and wearing down Simpson.
