The team will be good

We will be a good team for years to come but I don't we will win the natty. We have to have very high caliber player to win it all. However we can have good solid players and fill up Moody every year and go to the big dance. I think most will be satisfied with that. I am like LB though in that the goal is the natty.

Napier was ranked #98 in the 2010 class. Boatright #42 in 2011.

I agree, a National title should always be the goal...I think we can do it. College bball is about a collection of guys getting hot at the right time (Uconn 2014). We don't necessarily need that one stand out guy. George Mason, VCU, and Wich St. have all made deep runs in the tourney, with considerably less talent than Duke, UNC, Kansas, etc... I definitely think LB and staff can put together a team that could be just as good, if not better than those teams collectively. With that said LB only has so many years left, so it'll be about maintaining this momentum.

They started 6'10, 6'9, 6'7 in there front with a 7 footer and a 6'10 guy coming off the bench. Kentucky had a big front court the year before. This year SMU has a big front court but next year we drop to 6'7, 6'8 and maybe 6'7. All the good bigs are gone. If we got a second rate transfer he may have to sit out a year.

Ben is plenty long, Tolbert is plenty tough. I'd take one more of each of them before some 7' slug. But we'll get our bigs…trust LB.

If the 6'10 guy off the bench you are referring to is Tyler Olander, he barely played last year especially during the tournament run. Wouldn't really use that as an example.

Deandre Daniels at 6'9 was a soft perimeter player, never played in the post and was out rebounded by Shabazz until the end of the season.

Deandre Daniels was 5 star and the #8 player in his class

Team good enough to win a NC?

What about the way Brimah step up his game during the tournament? You forgot that.

Maybe…maybe not. Nobody wins it on paper. I like where we are going. It's not a straight line to the top.

What type of player do we need next to help since we have a opening?

Plus the top isn't even the top. UConn was not the best team in college basketball last year. Lots of luck involved. Just enjoy.

IF you look at it in a recent history perspective, you need roughly 2.5 pros to be a legit power and contend year after year. Sure things make it easier, but we're at the point of developing pros
