I think that Norton Hurd guy is a grass roots person in that area. If Vick is the 3rd or 4th best in his state I hope SMU can land his commitment before Baylor decides to offer him.

That is one of those "why is a comma important" sentences. He means the kid is 3 or 4, at worst rather than 3 or 4 at worst.

omg lol. the statement makes sense.
he is 3rd or 4th best in the state, AT WORST as opposed to at best, meaning he could be best or 2nd best player in the state. Jeeeez
