Anyone try to use the Manage Account function for Basketball tickets?

Nothing works for me.

Wondering if this is an SMU ....needs to release issue.....or there is an issue with my account.

I called the ticket office today and they dont seem to know anything about it.

I looks last week and did not see the basketball tickets either.

I see the tickets.

Per ticket office, I can download. Don't see a download option.

There are three options..... Transfer, Print, and Sell. None of them work.

Used the transfer/email in prior years and it is a great feature to send tic to a friend to meet at game, etc.

I had some trouble with internet explorer. Got it to work with Chrome.

In the past I believe the print function created a PDF which you could then print or save. That might meet your needs in terms of downloading.

You forgot the Federal Government.

I have tried twice now to list my tickets for the Lamar game on the "ticket exchange" through SMU's Ticketmaster setup. Each time, after wasting 15 minutes doing it, I later get an email saying "an error has occurred" with no further explanation.

I'm just trying to get my tickets to SMU fans for a reasonable amount. I hate the hassle and fees of Stubhub, but there may be no choice.

If the ticket office is going to make selling our tickets an option, this function kinda needs to actually function.

Just saw this. We have alerted TicketMaster and they are working to fix the issue.

Side note - As I've probably posted 100 times, if you have an issue, the fastest way to get a response is to email me. I check PF daily, but I'm on email about 18 hours a day. Thanks to all.

Works for me. Now it looks like there is a ticketexchange on the site to sell tickets. I think that is new, at least it is for me.

Sounds to me like someone is trying to build their post count
