MK-Out first 5 games

Can anyone confirm this? I understand he is out the first 5 games of the season, but will be good to go after that.

Lamar
Gonzaga
Indiana
Eastern Washington
Arkansas
Hopefully we win at least 2 of the three games against the "big name" teams during that stretch.

That would mean he misses Gonzaga, Indiana, and Arkansas. Certainly not as bad as missing the semester or season, but it'd be great to get him back even sooner. Where'd you hear it?

If he is in fact "ineligible" for those games, when SMU plays at Moody, does he sit with the team on the bench or is he relegated to the stands?

I kind of doubt this rumor. Seems to me if he's ineligible then he'd likely remain ineligible until next grading period grades are posted. Does SMU have mid term courses?

Definitely no room for us beggers to become choosers. I think it's odd that he would be ineligible on Nov. 25 but eligible on Nov. 26. The whole month of Novemeber might make more sense... But it's not like this is a violation of team rules 5 game suspension. What changes from that Tuesday to that Wednesday?
