So who is right?
Stallion or Larry Brown?
Because Stallion claims we are on an even playing field!

You can tell he is so disgusted with SMU, literally shakes his head. If this same situation plays itself out again a time or two, you can bet Larry will have had enough and he'll be gone. At the end of the day, Larry doesn't give a sh*t about SMU, he cares about his players and winning. (which is fine by the way)

We win good-sport awards, not games. We are like a kid from Lovejoy ISD playing in a rucker park nyc street tournament.

Hart may be making his basketball hire sooner than we thought

He sees the potential and i am sure gets really frustrated. Can easily wake up one day and just say I've had enough.

The Godfather, June, High School coaches, Dallas area people, non-fan SMU alumn, former student athletes...they all agree that SMU academic standards or whatever are not helping us be competitive. Turner and the admin say we are "committed" and competitive with "peer institutions". Can all those people be wrong? Is SMU wrong?

I think Jank is the coach in waiting so no coaching search would be necessary.

I seriously doubt Jank stays if LB quits under those circumstances

When Larry leaves the program goes right back in the toilet, Jank or no Jank. They may be decent for a year or two, with the last of Larry's recruits (unless they all follow him out the door), but after that forget it.
Better enjoy his success while his kid is still in school.

There is something that is keeping Larry from closing on the players he wants. If Larry cannot close the deal on his targets, I doubt the new football coach will do better. Don't know what the problem is but it is there. I pray for the day Turner leaves.

Agree--Jane will leave with Larry.
