He's taken quite a bit of grief for our slow start but he was fantastic tonight. It's great to have our best player look like his old self.

Dude was on a mission tonight. Could've had a few more dimes but he was hot so why give it up?!

He had 16 points in the first 10 minutes, and the score at halftime was Nic 18, Monmouth 21.

Didn't miss until the buzzer at half.

Definitely the highlight of the game. Great to see him back looking like Nic.

I agree with all that's been said, and I absolutely loved his effort last night, but he still doesn't look in midseason form on his passing. Too many passes last night were telegraphed for easy steals. And a few too many hyper-aggressive passes where there isn't much of a window on the fast break.

As much as having Ryan Manuel running point can be frustrating at times, I liked having Nic off the ball some last night.

Like all have said though, it was great to see him playing well again last night.

I agree on Nic's passing. Many are very risky and result in TOs

Once again Nic was fantastic last night. Best player on the floor by a wide margin. This team goes when he goes. So fun to watch. Great to have you back, Nic.

If Nic isn't on SMU is in trouble.
He is the only one that is carrying the load.
We need others to step up, and fast.

Our only offense last night was Nic shooting a jumper off the pick or Nic penetrating and dishing to Yanick or Cannen. You're right PonyKris, someone else has step up and help Nic. KF, Emelogu and Sterling had 0 points on 0 of 6 shooting from the field last night.

I am puzzled by Ben E. He looks outright awful for a guy who was supposed to be help. Cannen had some nice moves last night. Yanick is lost on Pick N Rolls. Its embarrassing.

Also, Sterling has completely disappeared. He barely sees the floor anymore. To me, that is the most surprising development.
