Wyoming beats a well-coached New Mexico State team to improve to 6-0. Next up for the Cowboys? At SMU on Friday. HUGE GAME for both squads.

Yep, I think this year Wyoming may be the quality opponent we thought they'd be last year. Definitely a game we can lose if our guys come out flat. Excited for Friday night.

Every game is a must win since we lost to @Indy and Arky at home. Only "good losses" would be at Cincy, at UConn, at Memphis. The rest we HAVE to win to make the tourney. My opinion. Tough spot.

@Michigan wouldn't be a bad loss, except that it would mean we lost all of our big OOC games.

I think every conference game is definitely winnable. (Not saying we should be undefeated; just saying none should be "penciled in" as losses.)

We need to do some work on our resume for sure, but there's still plenty of reason to be optimistic.

Oh, I'm excited as hell about our bball team. Michigan is a must "good win". How about that?

Wyoming is a must win game. We need to stop all this June Jones OOC games don't mean that much mess. And I don't care if conference games are winnable they are still mostly mostly win games.

Did anyone say this? Last year should've proved this to anyone who thought otherwise...

agree Wyoming is a must win; our only really bad loss was at Indiana but even wins against teams like Wyoming aren't going to help towards an at-large bid. We will need to win the regular season and/or AAC tourney championship to dance this year. Can only hope Markus returns and we become a different team come conference play, but I don't expect much until mid-January because this team has just not found it's chemistry for success

I don't disagree, but every time you lose a "must win" game you create a new one. In reality there are no truly "must win" games until the conference tournament, but I think most people are hoping to avoid that scenario.
