Sunshiner view: MSU clunker (ala UH) is out of the way

Midwestern State reminded me so much of the Houston tourney game, with unforced turnovers, lack of rebounds, questionable calls, poor shooting, and silly-stupid mistakes by everyone. With it out of the way, we can focus on marching through the conference schedule knowing the worst is hopefully behind.

I expect a truly focused, business-like effort against USF Wednesday.

The game was a real beating to watch, but I'm not putting that much stock in it either.

That was Doherty-esque last night. Thanks Ponies. The one and only time I'll ever get to sit in a suite :)

In all seriousness, our guys looked lethargic and unmotivated from the get go. Thankfully we got the win and now I'm sure LB has the team's full attention moving forward.

57 turnovers over the last three games and they've looked asleep behind the wheel all year. Better wake up quick.

That's the thing. Other than here and there, we have looked asleep. Except for Yanick, who is now apparently running for office. Did you see him glad handing every ref last night? He's happier than he's ever been here.

"Northwestern State, an NCAA Division II school, led early in the first half..."

Dafuq ESPN? They really suck.
