“@franfraschilla: Any ill will some had for Keith Frazier on AAU circuit should be dismissed. Growing up under @LarryBrownSMU. Shooting 40% from 3 &defending!”

"@JonRothstein of @CBSSports: "Keith Frazier has quietly made a significant leap for SMU..." http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketb ... to-respect #PonyUp #DeclareSMU”

• Keith Frazier has quietly made a significant leap for SMU. The 6-5 sophomore has scored in double figures in four of his last five games and is averaging 11.4 points and 4.3 rebounds while shooting 49 percent from the field. A year ago as a freshman Frazier averaged just 5.4 points and 1.8 rebounds while shooting 41 percent from the field. People forget that this kid was a McDonald's All-American coming out of high school and the pied piper that got things rolling for Larry Brown in recruiting. The Ponies are 10-3 and have won eight in a row.

Quietly becoming the guy we hoped for. Love it. He's got some swagger now.

Nice.

With all of the complaining this season KF probably has not received enough credit for the player he is becoming.

There is so much talent there. I find it hard to believe he is even close to his ceiling.

He can't consistently score away from Moody, needs to take the Mob on road games.

So he had a bad game today. His 3s were not falling and he missed a couple of free
throws. The trend line is up and he will continue to improve. We need for Emelogu and
JMart to follow his lead and begin to play harder. We need them to find their games.
That goes for Ben M also. He did not score today. This is incredible. Too much talent for
him to be shut out. I still believe all of those players will improve. Markus will also be back
shortly. Hopefully they all jell before we lose too many games.
