SMU/Memphis 4 Tickets Available

We have 4 tickets available for the SMU/Memphis men's basketball game Thurs Jan 8, 2015. These seats are all together in Section 201, Row 10, Seats 3, 4, 5, 6 . Need to sell all 4 together. $25 each. Tickets are hard copy and can be picked up at my office at LBJ/Tollway, the Crescent downtown, or we can meet at the game. PM if interested. Thanks.

Section 201 (up higher) listed for $38 each on stubhub. Only four tickets in the arena listed below $30

Thanks tristate, plus on StubHub aren't there "service fees" and maybe taxes?
