This poll is corrupt...the obvious answer is D...all of the above!
NCAA supports fraud and child molesters.
FIFA supports fraud and slavery/murder.
IOC supports fraud and, well, was founded by a Frenchman!
Maybe the IOC is the worst!

Anyone not saying FIFA or the IOC is out of their mind. The NCAA has nothing on either of them and that's saying something. I'm not sure which is worse but I went FIFA just because I can think of 5-10 big instances off the top of my head that involved corruption in soccer.

I follow soccer a lot and can attest that fifa is extremely corrupt.'having Qatar as a WC venue proves it again. But no organization is as corrupt as the NCAA. Complete Cart Blanche. It is truly the equivalent of a cartel for the self-selected schools it represents so vehemently.

The NCAA, more than any time in their history, realizes that they possess no real power. If the P5 conferences decided to abandon the NCAA and form their own organization the NCAA would cease to exist. Hence, they have made their bed with these conferences to the point where anyone looking at it from the outside can only laugh. The mishandling of the Miami scandal, USC (Reggie Bush/Matt Leinart), UNC academic scandal, etc.... and the ultimate show of corruption which is the College Football Playoff and the NCAA Tournament.
There is no way you can look at the NCAA as anything but a whore for the P5.
