We have two cellar dwellers than the rest of the schedule can be tough. Cincey, UConn twice, Tusas twice and Memphis, UH on the road as well. WE can run the tables but we really ave to play. WE need to beat Tulsa on the road cause if, big if, it comes down to the final game, we have Tulsa at Moody.
Speaking of luck, could Tulsa's schedule be more tailor made? They don't have the tough road games we have and are front loaded early in the conference play to look good.

Tulsa definitely has the advantage. One of the disadvantages playing in a conference with how ever many teams are in the AAC.

Tulsa doesn't scare me. They have two notable wins and that's it. They are about to enter the teeth of their schedule.
And why would you be scared of UH on the road???

we were in a dog fight with UH last year in Houston and they got us in the tournament. Granted it is a worse UH team this year but they seem to get up for games against smu. After tonight tho I am not as worried about that road game as I was last year playing them

maybe because we don't play well on the road and might take Houston lightly after handling them so easily tonight?

We just need to keep scoring more than our opponents and I think we will be fine. IMO

I came into this season thinking we go 13-5 in AAC play and it could still happen with all the tough road games coming up. Can't afford to lose another game at Moody this year

We have continued to show improvement in many problem areas.
Guard play solid.
Turnovers down, rebounds up.
Defense solid, offense improving.
Everybody except BE showing up. BE due for the breakout.
We've beaten Temple and Tulane ( and Michigan) on the road. That's notable but can we take games from tulsa, memphis and uconn at their houses. I like our chances better thanni did a month ago
We've dealt with adversity very well. No Keith....no problem.
Down 13 on the road to Temple.... No quit.
We seem to be building towards the strong stretch drive we lacked last season.
We'll most likely have a stumble or two along the way but i like where we are right now.
I also like that we remain unranked. Who needs it?
We get past Cincy at home and Tulsa away and i'll feel really good about this team. If that happens we'll definitely be ranked.
This season is about to get REALLY interesting.
