The next 9 games are our season. Backend loaded. UConn twice, Tulsa Twice, Cincy, Temple and Memphis thrown in and of course a trap games from UH and UCF. These are all winnable, but not easy sledding.

Should have been the right amount last year, and given our dramatic increase in SOS wit will almost certainly be enough this year (plus I think we will win an AAC tourny game this year as well).

Hope you are right. I agree it should have been. Not being critical, just saw that 23 and immediate reaction was cringing from last years selection sunday

I want a conference title. Hasn't it been 22 years since we've had one in basketball or football?

We haven't won a conference tournament game since Jimmy Tubbs did (!) in, what, 2006?

Also, and this isn't unimportant, but we will likely have a very high seed and may play a bottom-rung team which we have beaten twice in the regular season. This all depends, obviously, but as we saw last year, it's just tough to beat the same team three times in a single season.

Just keep winning, but man conference tournaments haven't been kind to us.
