295th in the Nation on Points - 62 pts.
171st in the Nation on Rebounds - 11
266th in the Nation on Assists - 266
150th in the Nation on FG% - 44%
Caupain average 10 a game and Ellis 9.
They shoot 70% from the Line
They shoot 31% from the 3.

What is the scare factor other than we lost at their place?

Oh, and the game music is too loud, the lighting is too bright and the beer is too cold at Moody.

They are motivated. This is a big game for them. They are one of 4 teams to beat us. We are ranked and beating us in our house would be too sweet. There are non paper motivations at play in this game. We have to come out and play clean, aggressive and smart basketball. We dominate early and we crush that initial euphoria that Cincy will ride into Moody. Then it will e up to us to out hustle and out play them to another SMU victory. This team shouldn't stay with us if we play smart and well.

Control our TOs and we win easily.

Agreed. Last time we played we were on the road, Nic was sick, and Markus was extremely out of shape. We should dominate

When Cinci is playing their game, they do a great job of gumming the game up, really slowing it down. They play pretty physical basketball on the inside that we can exploit if we play our game. Get them running, especially on the road and they won't keep up. But if they play their game, it will be tough.

My biggest beef with LB is that he plays matchup against the other team's lineup instead of forcing the other team to adapt to our lineup too many times. So when Cincy 'gums up' the game we try and counter instead of attacking with our fast paced break. We need to force them to match our speed and length not try and match their size and strength.

It's funny you mention that. In the latest interview with LB posted by scout he talked about he wants opponents to react to what he is doing. He gave that answer in response to a question about having Yanick and Kennedy on the floor at the same time. LB says he likes that line up but UCF countered with 4 guards which can be a challange. He said he has faith that our bigs can match up on the perimeter if they need to

I think since MK has returned to form he has changed the mindset a bit for sure. Much more imposing with two bigs down low. ¡Me Gusta!

It would certainly be refreshing to see the Ponies start sharp, limit TOs, and play stifling defense. Balls to the wall for 40 minutes.

Cincy is a good team. The recent bad loss doesnt change the facts. We are going to work hard for this win.
