Cannot say enough good things about this guy. He was in exactly the same position as Jalen Jones, he lost his starting job and could have pouted and quit, but he stuck it out and took advantage of the minutes he got off the bench.

These last few games, he has been a force and dominant. If you believe the press, he is getting looks from the NBA scouts, I would love for Larry to go ahead and start the senior in front of Ben Moore and let's see what he can do in that role.

from espn after cinci game

Mustangs seniors Ryan Manuel and Cunningham have each played in 123 career games. That is only two short of the school record 125 set by Butch Moore from 1982-86

Wow, that is a strange and surprising stat. Didn't Sasser play four years with minutes in every game and was never hurt or suspended? He is the one that comes to the top of my head, sure there are many others?

Just more games played now?

Might be because of the deep run we made in the NIT last year. I believe those games count.

And he has a better shot from 20 feet than every player on the roster save for Nic and Keith.

Sasser played 117. Only 1 NIT game in 4 years.

In addition to 2 deep post-season runs for these guys, we also played in the preseason NIT once under Doh.

Very true & good for him (I thought their were rumors about Tech) and SMU.

He and Ryan setting the school record for most games, that's Fantastic.
