Can anyone explain what LB is talking about at around 2 min 20 seconds into the video? The part where he refers to "making them take 2 days off", and him acting as if it's something he didn't agree with, but was forced to do.

Yes. Brown was alluding to the fact that there are limitations to the number of consecutive days on which teams may practice and/or compete. He has done this before, and we (media) think he's kidding when he makes it sound like he wishes he could work with the team seven days a week

Oh. I thought by "they", he meant SMU, and not NCAA.
