IT was admitted to the SMU Athletics Hall of Fame.

It's still an embarrassment that Koncak (2010) was admitted before IT (2012) and Gene Phillips (2011)

SMU Hall of Fame
Football players 41
Basketball players 5

and 3 Basketball players in recent years. It took 31 years before they finally added the first Jim Krebs. Perhaps Quinton Ross or Kato Armstrong should be considered. SMU has 1 African American Basketball player in its Hall of Fame

Dallas Roosevelt

Had one of the greatest High School careers in Texas history-could have gone to any school in the Country. Won a state Championship and still high scoring tournament record of 45 points. His matchup in Title game with San Antonio Jefferson's and Texas Tech's Rick Bullock is legendary and continued throughout their college careers

Makes sense why he comes to games. He's local. None of our guys are currently except Keith.

He is a special guy. We have very few lettermen that were such big stars that are as dedicated to the program as IT. And he couldn't be a nicer man.

David Miller comes to the games. Bobby Rollins comes to the games. Larry Delzell comes to the games. I am sure there are others also.
