Question regarding typical gameday

I have a question regarding the schedule of the typical game day for these guys.
Given a 1 PM tip, what is the team's schedule today?
What time do they get up? When do they have a shootaround? What time will they get to the arena?

Just finished shoot around about half hour ago according to Facebook.

I'm guessing they go back and relax for a couple hours and then get to arena about an hour before, depending on where they do their treatments, taping, etc.
