I'm hoping we're reawakening the lost generation of alums post-DP.

I did my part. Bought shirts, hat, mugs, decals, etc etc.
Wearing the shirts all over Austin. (my car already has the pony plates)
Got a few "congrats, hope to see you in the Big12" from old-timers at my club this week. (of course it's ALWAYS about football - "that's cute, you have a good basketball team, let me know when your football team doesn't suck huge donkey dicks" is implied).

My uncle in Denver SMU '72 is probably responsible for that city's spike.

I do my part as much as I can here in Birmingham, Alabama. Don't have a lot of gear since I didn't think to stock up when I moved from Dallas but I do rep my Pony Pride on my car every day:

I don't understand NOLA. We played TU in a tiny venue with poor attendance and not much media hoopla. So where the pub is coming from I don't know. Glad to see it and wonder, in hard core LSU territory, why we are getting some attention with consumers' money in NOLA.

The number of kids from NOLA at SMU would shock you.
