Is there a 10 or 12 step program

That I can sign up for in order to maintain my sanity as an SMU sports fan?

I really need help. If there is a support group somewhere, I think I need to join.

This season was a ton of fun and we overcame a lot of adversity.

We won our conference and our conference tournament for the first time in decades.

We have really good players coming back and some highly rated freshmen and transfers.

We have Larry Brown.

As much of a gutpunch as this loss is for us, I think the future is still bright for SMU basketball as long we aren't slammed with sanctions.
Back off Warchild seriously.

I am about done with it. I have [deleted] had it. If I wanted to spend my money on constant disappointment I could at least find a better way. I know it was a great season but really? Did we have to [deleted] lose like that? I, right now in the moment, am so [deleted] sick of being an SMU fan. I know I will get blasted and regret this post but I am just posting how I feel.

Agreed with above from ModelT. Still does not help today. Time will help though.

I understand the rant though - I feel the same way today...

Do not agree with mine. Agree with the one above mine. I am really emotional right now and talking out of my [deleted]. But I feel absolutely deflated.

Time heals all wounds. We still had a great season and we finally got to see SMU play in the tournament. This program is being built for sustained success. This was just year one of going to the tournament. Next year (hopefully) we get to experience some success in the tournament.

Winning the conference and the conference tournament was a real fun thing. Don't let today overshadow that.

I know this believe me. I really do. But I am really [deleted] pissed right now. This isn't right. Time does heal and add fuel but what the [deleted].

I have a one step program for you.
Put yourself in the person's place. Wait. It won't be long.

A week or two ago I used it to describe what a bad day I had. Then I laughed about it.
