For those who didn't go to the game

Just wanted to throw an FYI out there for next year.

Scalpers were everywhere and nobody cared. After the games started, you could really negotiate the price down. Because it is the first weekend, the bigger schools don't travel as much. The games didn't sell out.

We were able to get seats for the Kentucky game and watch the end of the Cincy game for 20 bucks a ticket. They were desperate to get rid of them at that point. They were offering those tickets at face value right after our game ended and it went down from there. Hell, they still had tickets left for the kentucky game at the box office right before their game started. And Kentucky is just right down the road.

I'm sure there were some folks who didn't go because they didn't want to pay what stub hub was offering. Just wanted to plant the seed that you could get tickets for far less once you were in town.

The news in Louisville this morning talks of lots of scalpels being arrested...most from out of town.
