With tongue somewhat in cheek, I watched the first 10 minutes of the first half of a&m vs la tech. With only one exception that I saw, he waved his arms and asked for the ball every possession - and when he got it, he never passed it back. He attempted a shot every time. In fact, I saw him ask for the ball twice from la tech when they were on offense...............

He's fine and having a great time at A&M. And no he does not want a do over. It was a win win situation for both him and SMU.

why do you say that 86? He just recruited over….again. That is not what he bargained for.

No reason to hate... they offered Avery jr and we didn't. End of story. Good move on their part. We didn't want to sacrifice the scholly.

My guess is that after next year, at least 2 of that group will be looking to leave. Avery Jr probably one of them................

That was just foolish on our part. We offer JMM to land EM for one season, yet we don't offer Avery Jr, who was the pied piper to several 4-5 star recruits that are going to stay in school for a couple of seasons.

To be fair, Emmanuel was a (potential) program changer and those guys, while good, are not. Not saying it wouldn't be great to have them, but it's not really the same scenario. Personally, I think things worked out for the best with the Mudiay situation and probably will with this one as well.

You don't build a program with EM, you build a program with consistency. Where is George Mason now? From Final Four to 9 win season.
