What a strange, sad and interesting read about this man's life and death. I've never thought much of Kelvin Sampson but he was a big part of Rabedeaux's life and I really feel for Sampson on how their communication ended. It's too long to read at work but worth the time when you can.

Very interesting. I remember when he was head coach at UTEP. He came to Moody a couple of times I believe.

Great read. It really displays the human element of coaching that we do not always see.

Should be required reading for all of us, not just those in the world of athletics. How much we can stupidly throw away by stupid actions....and why do we do it?

It's crazy that was at 300+ pounds when he died and only 150 when coaching at UTEP.
