I hope Fresno pulls it off. A good win over a ranked team will help the conference.

They are playing very well in the 2nd. Man, are they athletic! Fresno leads 45-37 with 15 minutes to go.

The WAC is well represented in tonight's ESPN bracket buster with Hawaii vs Kent State and Tulsa vs Gonzaga.

It's easy to overlook the fact that La Tech is also in this event, but they're not being televised. They are down 38-32 to Northern Iowa at half.

The La Tech loss really hurts. Northern Iowa was 8-15 going into the game. You would expect the second place team in the WAC to beat a 5-10 team in MVC??

La Tech is the ONE game I thought the WAC would win in this event...they were the only team to get a home game! Nice game by Fresno, but it's looing like a sweep. Looks like the WAC gets one team into the NCAA and maybe 1-2 into the NIT, depending on who wins the Tourney.

Actually, the Tech game was on TV, but you had to pay for it, it was on ESPN+, the regional PPV thing. And, Tech was in 3rd place behind Nevada, after losing to Rice on Thursday. That game does hurt the conference a fair bit, it was the WACs only home game in the Bracketbuster, and realistically the leagues best chance for a win. Fresno played Creighton a real quality game that will help their strength of schedule, and might (emphasis on might) make them look a little better on selection Sunday, but overall I have the feeling that this weekend is going to hurt the WACs overall ratings.
