USA wins the Gold in two OT win against Germany. Team took final lead when Nic got a steal on an in-bound play and was fouled while shooting. Dropped two FTs, putting US up by one. Announcers called it the play of the tourney.

Actually a Kansas kid hit a 3 putting the U.S. Up by 1 and then Nic stole the inbounds, was fouled and hit 2 FTs putting the U.S. up by 3.

A strange and debauched culture. You push it just a little toward good and you get cutesy stuffed animals and silly dances. Push it a little toward evil and you get North Korean death camps.

I visited Seoul this year. Consumerism gone mad. Shopping (and buying) is the national pastime.
