I predict that the AAC will be stronger than last year as a whole and will be one of the stronger hoop conferences in the country. I don't know if anyone has been paying attention but a lot of the conference members loaded up with good recruits and transfers that will be eligible this season. I believe the conference will earn a lot more respect from top to bottom this year imo.

You wouldn't say "The name of the conference is "American Athletic"". It isn't. The name is "American Athletic Conference". So the following is correct:
AAC Conference - "American Athletic Conference" conference.

You have three choices: the AAC, the American, or the American Athletic Conference.

AAC could be headed to Dallas
http://beta.sportsdaydfw.com/college-spo...fort-worthIf the American Athletic Conference decides to leave its current home _ a topic that conference officials have been considering _ then the league's new headquarters will likely be in the Dallas area.

It would be kind of nice if the conference moved down here so we could get rid of the Connecticut bias.
