Can either of the last two years be counted as a ban from participating in NCAA tourney? Seems like that is pretty much what we got...

Seriously, any truth to the fact that if we appeal, the ban would be for next year due to length of time of appeal process?

Yes, that is exactly what Syracuse did with their appeal.

Yes, that is exactly what Syracuse did with their appeal.

We made a post season tournament the past 2 years being the NCAA and NIT. That's not a self imposed ban like Syracuse did.

Some people would benefit more than others from a sarcasm font on here.
