Watching the Larry Brown interview - what a jerk. He has an agenda. Mini-Dale.

Flat out aggressive against LB. Unprofessional.

Why do we allow him into the press conference?

It's worse if you ban a reporter because then you turn the entire media against you. Everyone can see he's a jerk. Sometimes you just have to deal with it.

he just "lied" on Ch. 8 saying the NCAA found violations based on allegations first uncovered by him. That is nonsense-he didn't break the story about the +1 Correspondence course which by definition is after graduation date from high school

Ch 8 has been claiming all day that story from last year/2 yrs ago where they ambushed LB at Houston was the first part of the story.
Except their efforts to tie SMU to the DISD grade change mess never panned out.

Any way to point this out in a legal way? It's the only way they will listen.

Start out by blasting all over twitter he committed libel on a newscast, making claims he knows to be false. Someone put that in 140 characters or less and we will blast him all day

he did break the news that KF had a high school grade changed to become eligible to enroll into SMU. Isn't that the basis of what happened here? The online course came while KF was at SMU and that had nothing to do with his eligibility so isn't the bigger part story the high school side of it?

The grade was for high school in order to graduate. The course was after graduation to become eligible. 2 events.

Not only that but SMU caught the grade changed, refused to use the transcript, and demanded the school change the grade back to the correct grade.
