Believing that we will file our appeal, I just bought two season tickets. Not sure why, but I haven't been able to crack the "list" even with annual contributions to the Mustang Club. The last couple of years I've paid upwards to $1500 for 4-5 games a year, including the inagural New Moody game against UCONN.

The good news is that, if we don't appeal, you could make a killing representing all of the ponyfans in their fruitless lawsuits against SMU trying to get their $600 back for tickets and charitable contributions.
I would suggest to not accept ponyfans on a contingency fee basis.
