With Nic, MK and Tolbert - this was our season. The only season in the last 20 where we were a sure fire NCAA tournament team. 2016-2017 is a rebuilding year based on our current roster and commit list. What is the administration thinking

I think last year we were a sure fire 20 win team but as we saw 20 wins does not get you into the tournament. But at any rate, were were not just a sure fire tournament team we had a legit chance to win the NCAA tournament.

Provided everybody stayed eligible.

I really hope that the seniors stay and we do our best to run the conference. That would make a statement and help with recruiting.

Terry- how can you expect any of them to stay when rgt has totally 'flipped his middle finger' at them.

How does appealing hurt recruiting? I don't get it.

Will the appeals process take THAT long? Wouldn't recruits see an appeal as a positive.. showing how the school backs up the team/players?

This blows hard for Nic and MK. I'm shocked that we're backing down. We had a real shot at making a tourney run. Sick to my stomach. You guys really think our team will be motivated to win given that they're not playing for any type of postseason? This season is a wash.

They really did not even try for the seniors.

By not trying to appeal the seniors can't go the the biggest stage in college basketball. NOt the we would have won the appeal but maybe it could have delayed the ban until next year. Not absurd. I am n ot buying the company line.

I expect to find the seniors are transferring within the next few days. Certainly do not expect them to be at the Basketball dinner.

If I am a future recruit I sure do not want to go to a school that is waiting until I get there to de banned from post season.

Well we better have a high level class since we are not appealing. If it is not then it was not worth holding off on appealing. I guess they did not feel that way about the golf recruits.

Nor do I want to go to a school where the pres. flips the bird to his athletes and says you don't count on us and don't expect us to have your back.
