Did Louiville turn themselves in the first time they had hookers for recruits and the recruits dads at a hooker party? The second time? The 20th time?
Did UNC turn themselves in when one player took a made up course? Two? 1,500?
No...they just kept it quiet an won championships.
If Hoopmanx is correct that we were as "filthy as can be", why would we report anything?
I don't get it.

You're telling me everyone at Lou was on the same page for 5 years and at UNC for almost 20? Excluding the Hookers, of course.

Isn't there a chance that people were naive as to what Malagi was up to? We have been naïve on the football side with assistant coaches before where we truly didn't have a clue of what was going on behind the scenes..

Very legitimate question, PonyTime. Sounds like the Keystone Kops.

I thought I read somewhere, that KF was very uncomfortable with the situation when he finally became aware of the situation, then had the conference call with he, the AdMN Assistant and Malagi. If that is true, then we probably felt like it was imminent that the situation would get to Investigators in a very short time.
Beat the hell out of anybody!

If he was uncomfortable why wouldn't he just take his own class? Or at least ask what the class is about

First off, da Ville and Tarheel nation are entrenched and have their protocol in place. We knew nothing of big time hoops and in 10 days time, cut the entire team and got a commitment from Josiah Turner. Do you see Tarheel assistants rolling on Instagram about their shoe game? The notion of SMU as SnapBack u and #wheelsup, all while looking for LBs next HOF gorilla is hysterical. Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but it was brash at the very least. Essentially, we flew too close to the sun w no infrastructure or executive directive on how to handle such issues. For one, If you're employing a filthy staff, don't self report. Its cover up time and you bury as much as you can.

So, the other schools that have the 'infrastructure' don't self report? Interesting.
