"Despite offers from Connecticut, Gonzaga, Boise State and California, among others, the 1.93m guard decided to commit to Southern Methodist University (SMU) to play for the legendary coach."

Isn't he on the national team with that SMU legacy Big man-thought there was speculation they might be a package deal. Any way under the circumstances getting a kid with offers from UCONN, Gonzaga and Cal is a positive

Nice get. This kid can shoot and I know Hoopmanx is high on him.

BTW, I don't like the "Despite offers from...." Makes it sound like SMU is a lesser option.

Yes, we want his best friend Harry Froling who has twin sisters playing on the women's team

Billy is crediting this all to Jank

Doubt we would've gotten his commitment with a postseason ban hanging over our head for next season

Yes. McDowell, Wilson and Froling would be a solid class.

Damn fur'en-ers and their communist metric system.

Here are a few of the highlights from the FIBA U17 World Championship game. Wilson is #7 taking the ball to the hole a couple of times. No highlights of his outside jumper....

This is the full game. I believe Wilson was the game's leading scorer with 23 points.

so I guess you were wrong if he had offers from UCONN, Gonzaga and Cal among others. Looks like he has competed at a very high International level and performed best against some of the best talent in the United States

10:15 mark of the full game clip, that's him beating the #1 player in the 2016 class, Josh Jackson, to the hoop and getting the +1
