Sophomore guard Tiara Cruse has decided to leave SMU at the end of the current spring semester and attend college closer to home, as announced by SMU women's basketball head coach Rhonda Rompola on Thursday. Cruse, a native of Vienna, Va., saw action in 53 games during her two years on the Hilltop, posting over 550 minutes of game time. She averaged nearly two points and one assist per game.

does anyone know why she left, was it just to be closer to home? I know she didn't score a lot of points but she definitely had a lot of hustle.
